I enjoy hand embroidery, machine embroidery, knitting, crocheting and other crafts.
I use Generations and Embird to digitize the designs for machine embroidery. The digitized designs are all done manually, not auto digitized. All machine embroidery designs are test stitched prior to me putting them on my site. I do not want anyone to purchase a poor quality design.

Refunds and Returns Policies:
You are not given permission to sell, trade, give away, put my cross-stitch charts or machine embroidery designs on a cd or transfer them to another person in any way.
There are no refunds or returns. Defective files will be replaced with the same file. You will not be given a different cross-stitch chart or machine embroidery design.
Legal Notice. All rights are reserved. All sales are final. We do not give refunds on orders. Purchase of my charts or designs gives you and only you the right to use those designs.
